The Boston Consortium for Higher Education, Inc., a Massachusetts not-for-profit corporation (“TBC”), is providing you access to the contracts and agreements below (the “Agreements”) solely so that you may evaluate whether you wish to participate in one or more of the programs related to the Agreements. By accessing this site and reviewing any one of the Agreements, you are agreeing that the Agreements, any terms or pricing information contained in the Agreements and any copies, summaries or excerpts of the Agreements or their terms are the confidential and proprietary information of TBC (“Proprietary Information”). You further agree that you shall hold in confidence, and shall not disclose (or permit your personnel to disclose) to any person outside your organization, any Proprietary Information. You and your personnel shall use such Proprietary Information only for the purposes of determining whether you will participate in the programs associated with the Agreements and you shall not use or exploit such Proprietary Information for your own benefit or the benefit of another without the prior written consent of TBC. You shall disclose the Proprietary Information only to persons within your organization who have a need to know such Proprietary Information in the course of the performance of their duties and who are bound by a written agreement, enforceable by TBC, to protect the confidentiality of such Proprietary Information. You agree that TBC is and shall remain the exclusive owner of the Proprietary Information. You further agree that you shall, after reviewing the Agreements, or if requested by TBC, destroy any Proprietary Information in your possessions and copies or reproductions or other manifestations of Proprietary Information received by you.
