Program Background

TBC’s Communities of Practice serve as forums for discussion, support, information sharing, and problem solving among peers. The communities gather in-person, conduct video meetings, and connect via TBC’s listservs. Through the meetings and listservs, members share best practices, brainstorm ideas for new shared services and contracts for cost savings, and deepen their collegial relationships through collaboration.
