How the Way We Talk Can Change the Way We Work   4/8/2004
Why is the gap so great between our hopes, our intentions, even our decisions—and what we are actually able to bring about? Even when we are able to make important changes—in our own lives or in the groups we lead at work—why are the changes so frequently short-lived and soon we are back to business as usual? What can we do to transform this troubling reality?

How are you able to manage and embrace the changes in your job and on your campus? How can you develop skills to create and direct change in your day-to-day life?

Join Robert Kegan, PhD, for this fast-moving, experiential, and reflective workshop designed to guide you through a new approach toward professional learning.

Participants should come expecting to have a good time while doing some hard and valuable introspective work. We hope you can join us for this special event.
