The Consortium groups serve as a forum for discussion, support, information sharing, and problem solving among peers. By providing a safe space for ideas and projects that might be perceived as risky for an individual manager to engage at an individual school, we aid in creating an environment where intractable operational problems are not seen as insurmountable.
