CPIN
Campus Police Information Network
The Campus Police
Information Network (CPIN) is an information sharing and intelligence gathering
network of Campus Law Enforcement Agencies that possess police powers.
CPIN provides the necessary information and assistance to support Campus
Law Enforcement Agencies in the detection, enforcement, and prosecution of major
criminal activities that traverse jurisdictional boundaries.
CPIN is
designed to provide training and facilitate cooperation among Campus Law
Enforcement Agencies with the goal of improving our ability to prevent and
prepare for criminal acts.
Objectives
- To coordinate criminal information and intelligence
- To Coordinate activities with Campus, Federal, State and local Law
Enforcement Agencies
- To Coordinate training and enhance the capabilities of Campus Police
Agencies
Membership
Membership in CPIN is open to any Campus Law Enforcement Agency that
possesses police powers. To register your school, please download and complete the registration
form and return via mail, fax, or email.
